Raising cattle, hunting, and family is all I ever wanted in life. That's all I ever had until Jesus came in my life and turned it upside down.
 
All along God had his hand on me, even before I really knew who He was.
Things were pretty good for me. I had a pretty wife, and a good job. I started going to church with my wife, because I knew it was the right thing to do. After going for a while God got a hold of me and I have been finding out since then, He wasn't anything like I thought He was! I thought all the people that were in my life had to go. All the places I went, I had to quit going to.  I thought I had to clean up, and I did need to. It had to be on God's terms though, not on everyone else's terms.
 
My mission as Pastor of this church is simple. Just to share how good God really is, and love. That's it. I understand what it's like to have guilt and tradition pushed on you, and now I know that's not how Jesus wants us to be. I do my best to follow in His footsteps. Keep things simple, love people for who they are, and resist what's not from Him.  

My wife Amanda and I live in Muse, OK. We have a son, Jett.  I was called to preach in September of 2008.
